We humans – no matter what culture we come from or on which continent we live – have one thing in common: we all want to live well and happily. But what does it take to get there?
The personality and consciousness training using the Trilogos® Method developed by Linda Vera Roethlisberger is based on intuition and perception training. The method focuses on turning your individual potential into human competence. Indeed, the philosopher Aristotle, going back many centuries before Christ, had already posited that we can achieve happiness and bliss by bringing our dispositions to unfold and by aspiring towards personal maturation.
It is for this reason that “the good life” plays a central role in the training of the Trilogos Method, where you will probe into your current life situation and your best possible course of action.
We will start this block with a short theoretical introduction to the Trilogos® training and by explaining the topic “Living the good life” in more detail. The remainder of the block is practice-oriented, focusing on training your intuitive perception. In at least two exercises you will experience how to establish links between what you perceive internally and your everyday life. The guiding questions here are “What might the experiences of the exercises teach me, symbolically, about my life situation?” and “In what way should I follow up with action?” By doing the exercises, you will learn what it means to live the good life.
In the second block you will also be guided through two Trilogos training units, both of which are guided imageries, and their evaluations. This will allow you to (continue to) train your inner perceptiveness, to continuously examine your intuition, to incorporate this into your school of life (health, relationships, work/career) – and to draw inspiration therefrom for your personal growth.
At the end of the training day, bring your questions and notes about your experiences from doing the exercises of the self-guided course In Touch With Your Inner Voice, if you’ve already started with the course. You can use the work in the group to get ideas and feedback about your experiences. Alternatively, you can let yourself be inspired by the experiences of others, as a way to get you started with this course on your own at home or in a reading group. The facilitators will be happy to answer your questions and to give you valuable input regarding your personal growth and to working in a reading group.
