The Trilogos Training

This Introduction will offer an overview of the meaning, purpose and goal of the Trilogos®Training, which sees itself as:

• a form of personality and consciousness formation,
• an intuition and perception training,
• a method to a responsible individuation process within a social environment.

The Introduction will also allow you to gain experience working with the self-guided In Touch With Your Inner Voice, Level 1, by Linda Vera Roethlisberger.
Empirical studies have shown that the Trilogos®Training:

• improves the subjective quality of life (according to WHOQOL 100),
• mitigates the way we experience stress,
• strengthens our ability to deal with stress,
• improves our perception of our own capabilities.

Finally, this introductory seminar is the ideal introduction to the three basic modules of the Trilogos Training as well as the home study of the self-guided course In Touch With Your Inner Voice, Linda Vera Roethlisberger, levels 1‒3.
