In search of possibilities to advance my perceptive and communicative capabilities, I in 2009 came upon the book The Sensory channel to the Spiritual World by Linda Roethlisberger ‒ which was to have great importance in guiding me in the years to come.
The visit to the training sessions at Trilogos on Kreuzplatz in Zurich showed me how enriching an exchange with others can be. The mindfulness and clear structure of the meditations and the following exchange rounds impressed me.
Engaging in free association and trying to understand an individual’s symbolic language have always and continue to give me valuable impulses and ideas that I could relate to my everyday life and implement time and again.
Eager to learn more, I completed the basic training of the Trilogos Method with Linda Roethlisberger in 2009/2010. In 2012, I started the diploma training program (Certificate 1) (in progress).
The development of one’s own sensory channel to the spiritual world is possible for all: “Practice makes perfect.” In exchange with others, I also got to know myself better. Another point of view or a different perspective can be enriching and inspiring.
I look forward to an exciting exchange – to which everyone is welcome ‒ in my Trilogos reading group, in which we will work on the self-guided textbooks of the Trilogos basic training In Touch With Your Inner Voice (levels 1‒3) by Linda Roethlisberger under the motto “There are as many interpretations of the truth as there are people and media.”
