ABOUT

I support the management of the Trilogos Foundation during a phase of further development and new beginnings. My focus is on shaping future prospects, working on projects, and actively contributing to day-to-day operations.

My academic background includes a master’s degree in cultural geography with a focus on regional development. The question of how spaces emerge and change—and what role people play in this process—has been a constant interest of mine ever since.

Professionally, I worked in the aviation industry for many years, most recently as a managing director. In an environment characterized by dynamism, competition, and global interdependencies, I was able to actively help shape both the growth and the downsizing of a corporate group. These experiences have had a lasting impact on my perspective on organizations, change, and responsibility.

At the same time, I completed an MBA with a focus on “Organizational Transformation and Change.” Through this, a central insight crystallized for me: It is people’s inner attitudes—their “inner geography”—that decisively determine how organizations develop externally. No strategy can replace this dimension.

I am all the more delighted to contribute my experience and perspectives to Trilogos and to shape the future together.

I got to know and appreciate Linda Roethlisberger and, through her, Trilogos in 2023. Through her practical, field-tested course, Linda inspired me to connect with my inner voice.

Our ongoing discussions led to the project digital e-learning. I am now working with Trilogos to develop a complete digital version of the course In Touch With Your Inner Voice
