This 6-minute interview is, among other things, about the university study on the applied Trilogos®Method, which was conducted at the University of Vienna in 2016 together with 30 subjects and documented using a validated WHO questionnaire.

The participants’ results and findings substantiate that the persons who had completed the self-guided course In Touch With Your Inner Voice, Level 1, by Linda Vera Roethlisberger reported an improvement in the perception of their own competencies and continued to feel more confident in their problem-solving skills afterward.

In other words, they were more competent, they developed more self-competence in order to better cope with some challenges in their everyday lives.

Thus, Prof. Dr. Germain Weber explains that the self-guided course of Linda Roethlisberger, based on the Trilogos®Method, is an instrument that actually enables and develops people’s sense of self-determination at the personal level.
