8TH BIENNIAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 2025 / NORTHAMPTON, UNITED KINGDOM
TRILOGOS Presentration + Workshop: INNOVATION THROUGH INTUITION
On June 18, 2025, Prof. Dr. Michael Weiss (Trilogos Diploma) took part in the 8th International Conference “Spirituality, Consciousness, Technology and Wellbeing: Implications for Research, Education and Practice” with a lecture and subsequent workshop on the Trilogos Method. He was supported by Linda Vera Roethlisberger and Lisa Hirt from the Trilogos Foundation.
The conference focused on concepts and practices of spirituality and their connection to consciousness, technology and well-being. It provided a space for interdisciplinary exchange on current developments and their significance for research, education and practice - particularly against the backdrop of global challenges and social upheaval.
The workshop and the lecture by Prof. Dr. Weiss took place on June 18 and met with great interest. The Trilogos method was presented as a practical tool for personal development and awareness-raising and an action research project was presented and discussed.

Presentation INNOVATION THROUGH INTUITION, Northampton UK 2025
RELEVANCE FOR THE CONFERENCE THEME
This presentation gives account of how meditative and spiritual practices can be carried out in online sessions – something which addresses the technological aspect of the conference theme. Furthermore, the Trilogos Method is a method for personal growth and consciousness development – hence there is a link to consciousness as another aspect of the conference theme. Since studies at the University of Vienna show that this method also can harmonize work-life balance and foster personal growth, also the aspect of wellbeing is addressed, which is a central part of the conference theme.
ABSTRACT
In the project presented here the focus of the participating scholars was not only on their personal development. Rather, in online sessions in which they shared and reflected together on their experiences from the exercises, they also investigated what they could learn from their imagery experiences with regards to their academic R&D work. As it turned out, innovation through intuition – that is, innovative ideas that came intuitively to mind through the guided imageries of the Trilogos Method – became a vital practice in their academic profession.
