The ancient Stoics already knew that inner peace is a powerful resource for engaging with life anew. However, how might we find silence in this day and age? Learn how you can attain inner peace and reawaken your spirit in order to engage with your everyday life with renewed vigor and innovative strength.
This block will start with a 30-minute theoretical introduction to the Trilogos®Method. Then it becomes more practice-oriented: You will be guided through an exercise from the Trilogos course In Touch With Your Inner Voice (Linda Vera Roethlisberger). An evaluation follows. The aim of this exercise is for the participant to reflect on the questions: What might my experience of the exercise tell me, symbolically, about my life? How can I find peace and draw strength from the experience?
The second block is likewise dedicated to intuition training and perception training. In at least two exercises, you will learn how to develop and apply intuitive perceptions so as to help you find peace in your everyday life and how you can use this as an innovative source of energy on your path of life.
We will review the insights of the day over an evening dinner at a restaurant (each pays their own way).
On the second day of this seminar, you will be invited to take part in at least two perception exercises that will allow you to yet again consciously experience inner peace in order to draw inspiration for a calmer everyday life. In conclusion, there will be time to discuss any remaining questions on the subject.
