The Trilogos®Training provides a field-tested training and experience program for just that. The training teaches us how to successively improve our psychological balance and increase our capability to tackle everyday challenges in a holistic way. The insights thus gathered can then change and enrich our approach to our health, relationships and work life. Overall, we learn to realize our goals and dreams and to be at the service of ourselves and thereby the greater whole.
This particular module deals with a section of Level 1 of the textbook In Touch With Your Inner Voice and is both theoretical and practice-oriented. Seminar participants jointly determine the learning content.
A prerequisite for participation in this Basic Module 1 is the introductory Trilogos Training seminar as well as the processing of Level 1 at home or in a reading group. Have any questions come up for you while studying at home or in a reading group? If so, feel free to ask them during the training. Of course, you are also welcome to take part in the module without having any questions.
Those taking the module for a second time may book only one of the two days if they wish (i.e., they need not participate in the full training).
