In this 6-minute video, the manager addresses the question of what role “holism” plays from her point of view and her business experience.
She is convinced that the future world of work should make use of not only the intellectual human component and the emotional human component but also the third “Trilogical intelligence,” which is the spiritual human component.
She reports from her own experiences of many years in this regard with so-called interdisciplinary teams and of the economic successes and yields, alongside sustainable added value in terms of health and work performance, that can be attained when including the holistic talents and abilities of each individual team member.
She considers this to be very important for a future global development in the economy that is becoming more complex and faster, as these dimensions in the world of work and business will no longer be controllable with the rational intellect alone.
