Following the audio exercise, we encourage participants to do an extensive EVALUATION using the prepared QUESTIONS.
We recommend doing the evaluation in writing, as this will allow you to draw considerable added value from the results and impulses of the exercises.
Additional explanatory videos will eventually be published on the YouTube channel of the Trilogos Foundation to explain other aspects of the Trilogos®Method.

Thanks to the combination of insights from the exercise experiences, an increased sense of empowered action as well as regular training, you’ll gradually experience recognizable improvements in your own life.
